June 15, 2013 saw us at the Hamilton Air show. The show featured many WW2 warbirds, including the world's only flying De Havilland Mosquito. The sound of nine Rolls Royce Merlin engines from the Mosquito, a Lancaster, two Hawker Hurricanes and one Spitfire was intoxicating to the ears and eyes.
